Buying Procedure

Schedule Property Viewing

Schedule an exclusive property viewing with our property consultant. To schedule an appointment, you may contact (+63) 917 590-1111. For overseas-based clients, you may request your family or representative to have the viewing on your behalf.

Unit Reservation

During property viewing, you will be presented with the best available units. You may reserve your desired unit by filling out the Buyer’s Profile, signing the Reservation Agreement and paying the reservation fees.

Submit Required Documents

Documentary requirements must be submitted within 20 days from date of reservation.

Payment of Downpayment/
Monthly amortization

Downpayment is due 20 days from reservation date. It may be paid in one lumpsum or through installment. Downpayment and monthly amortization payments shall be covered by local post-dated checks (PDC) made payable to State Properties Corporation.

Unit Turnover

For In-house financing, upon reaching 30% total payments and house completion, as applicable. For external financing, upon full payment of Total Contract Price and other charges.
